The fitness studio in Harbertonford, just outside Totnes, is our custom-built studio, designed and built by us to our exacting standards. It is designed to accommodate 1-2 people for the ultimate personal training experience. The studio and it’s outdoor space is completely private and makes the most of the natural light with a view of the garden and outdoor space whilst, the enhanced design of the building keeps the internal temperature cool without the use of air-conditioning giving the perfect environment for exercising.

We aim to give our clients the best environment to work out in and do our best for the environment therefore we only use natural cleaning agents which do not contain harsh chemicals and where possible use eco-friendly and ethically sourced materials such as our PVC free, fully recyclable exercise mats.

What is included in a Personal Training Session?

Each session will be 45 minutes long and is tailored to you, Anthony does not use standard routines he designs programmes specific to each person so every session is designed to be enjoyable and beneficial to you. In each session he will continue to work towards achieving your goals.

1-1 sessions are a great way to get you motivated and energised for exercising or try training with a friend or partner  to keep up your motivation levels and push yourself harder and inspire each other to get fitter and healthier.

As part of a package Anthony may suggest some home challenges to you to continue your improvement,  but he will talk you through them and never push you to do something you don’t want to do.

Each session includes:

  • Use of the luxury shower facilities including Egyptian cotton towels and organic toiletries
  • Exclusive use of the gym, both indoor and outdoor spaces
  • Feedback at the end of the session to ensure the programme is meeting your needs
