Vagaro

We are moving to a new invoicing and calendar system called Varago, below are some points to help answer client questions about the new system, 

 

Why are you using Vagaro?

Vagaro will help us keep track of client packages more easily and manage our time and bookings more effectively. The system will automatically send clients reminders about their up and coming sessions which we hope will be helpful to our clients.

 

As a client do I have to use Vagaro?

No, you will still book appointments through Anthony as you do now, if you would  like to buy more sessions please contact Anthony as you do now. Use of the Vagaro app or website is purely optional.

 

Do I automatically have a Vagaro Account?

When we add clients to our system it automatically creates an account for each client, you do not have to use your account. If you would like to use your account on the app or website we can send you some temporary login details.

 

Will my existing package credits be moved to Vagaro?

Yes, we will credit everybody’s accounts with their remaining sessions by issuing a gift voucher and the voucher will be automatically added to your account, so you do not have to do anything.

 

How do I book appointments?

Currently we are not taking online bookings so please continue to book through Anthony as you do now, either speak to him in person or via phone and email.

 

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

To reschedule you can contact Anthony via phone or email, if you want to cancel you can contact Anthony via phone or email as you do now, if you use the varago app you will be able to cancel your appointment on the app  but you will not be able to reschedule or rebook.

 

How do I pay?

We are currently only accepting BACS and cash payments as we do now, so you will be sent and invoice as you currently are but it will come from Vagaro and therefore the email should show in your inbox as  “The Fitness Studio <admin@vagaro.com>”

 

Can I keep track of my bookings and package credits?

If you would like to keep track of what credits you have left either speak to Anthony or you can use the Vagaro app or vargo web page under my account and packages.

 

Will I get reminders and notifications?

Yes, you will get a notification when a session is booked and then a reminder before the session, reminders are in by text message and email, they will come from the vagaro service so will not be from Anthony’s phone number or email address. If you do not want to receive text messages please let us know and we can turn off that function, if using the app you can also control that yourself. Reminders will come from vagaro and therefore will show in your inbox as “The Fitness Studio <admin@vagaro.com>” and texts will come from
