What Programme or app do you use?
Google Hangouts Meet 
Do I need to download and app or piece of Software?
If using a laptop you can join the event through your web browser and do not need to download the app, if using a tablet or phone most devices will direct you to download the Meet app which is free to download from all app stores.
Do I have to create an account?
No you do not need to create an account to join a google meet video call.
What hardware or device do I need?
Google meets works across all platforms and on most devices, your device will need an internet connect and you will need to allow meet to access your microphone and camera.

As a client how do I use it?
Google meets is similar to Zoom, Skype and many other video conference facilities, you will be sent an invite by email which will contain a link to join that specific meeting, once you accept the invite, depending on your operating system, most devices will automatically add the meeting to your calendar which will also contain the meeting link.
You can join the meeting through a variety of media devices we suggest that you simply click on the “Join Hangouts Meet” option which looks like this:
the link is available in the invite email or in the calendar item if the event was added to your digital calendar.
If you are asked to enter a “Meeting Code” it is asking for the string of letter which appears in the link after meet.google.com/(meeting code) most devices will pick this up automatically but some do not.

YouTube 
Do I need to download and app or piece of Software?
You can view the videos through your web browser and do not need to download the app however if using a tablet or phone you can also download the YouTube app which is free to download from all app stores. Please note videos are bespoke to each client and therefore only accessible via the link send to you from The Fitness Studio, they cannot be viewed on the YouTube site without going via the link.

YouTube works across all platforms and on most devices with an internet connection including smart TVs
As a client how do I use it?
Anthony will send you a link(s) to your personal video(s) via email, you will need to keep this email to access the video(s), simply click on the link and it will take you directly to your video(s) on YouTube.
Digital Forms
At the Fitness Studio we are moving towards using digital forms where appropriate
Health Questionnaires
We are switching to digital forms for our health questionnaires as it is more environmentally friendly and we think it will be quicker and easier for our clients to fill out the questionnaire on line and return it plus the system will automatically send a copy of the completed form the client’s email address once submitted so each party has a copy for their own records.
To complete the questionnaire we will send you a link via email, you simply click on the link and the form will open in your web browser for you to complete the form online using a laptop, tablet or phone.
