Your Amazing Plan is design to accompany any one of our personal training packages with regular 1-1 personal training sessions at The Fitness Studio.

 The plan includes:

  • Regular Personal Training sessions The Fitness Studio (number and frequency is dependant on the package purchased),
  • A Simple 5 phase plan including eating guidance, exercise and motivational tools to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
  • Home work-outs,
  • Regular feedback from Anthony to ensure you are getting the best from your workouts and stay motivated.

The New Beginnings Programme

New Beginnings is an easy to follow 8 week programme designed to fit around your lifestyle.

 The programme combines:

  • 2 personal training sessions at The Fitness Studio,
  • 8 weeks of self-guided home work-outs,
  • A healthy eating plan,
  • Weekly mentoring sessions via video call or phone so we can give you the help and motivation you need to achieve your goals for a healthier lifestyle.
