Making the Decision to Change

Making a decision means committing to achieving a result and cutting yourself off from any other possibility. When you decide to reduce your weight you must say to yourself “That is it! I am no longer willing to have the same relationship with those foods that I know are stopping me from gaining the body l want.” Truly making the decision to change your body image is a tough decision to make but once make that decision, you will feel a tremendous amount of relief.

Are you over eating on a regular basis, the real cause is usually a value problem or other belief problems from our brains programming rather than a problem with food itself.

We don’t have to allow the programming which comes from our past to control our present and future.

Do not be discouraged if you have not yet got the body shape you want, because every attempt you have made has brought you another step close to reaching your personal goal.

Overcome your fears of making the wrong decisions you will make wrong decisions in your life, l know l have certainly haven’t always made all the right decisions in my life, but l didn’t expect to. If we are flexible, look at the consequence, learn from them, and then use those lessons to make better decisions in the future.

There is nothing you can’t accomplish if you clearly decide what it is that you’re absolutely committed to achieving, you must be willing to take massive action.

STOP BEING HARD ON YOURSELF, JUST GO FOR IT.
