Creamy Berry and Cauli Smoothie

I creamy tasting smoothie without any diary

Ingredients

  • 25 g Green Apple peeled (freeze what you don't use)
  • 135 g Mixed Berries Use frozen to reduce waste
  • 30 g Courgette Use frozen to reduce waste
  • 50 g Cauliflower Use frozen to reduce waste
  • 120 ml Water if all the fruit and veg is frozen use hot water
  • 250 ml Soya Milk
  • 2 drops edible lemon essential oil (Optional) or 2 drops of lemon essence/extract or 1/4 tsp of lemon juice

Instructions

  • Add ingredient to the blender and blend until smooth, you can adjust the amount of water if you prefer a thicker or thinner smoothie.

 

Nutty Banana Smoothie

Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/2 cup courgette skin removed and chopped into cubes
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup nut milk why not try no sugar Alpro coconut milk

Berry Ginger Zing Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raspberries frozen
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower
  • 1 1- inch cube ginger
  • 1 cup nut milk use Almond milk

Strawberry and Peanut butter Smoothie

Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoons peanut butter or Almond butter
  • 1 cup 330 ml almond milk unsweetened
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 small banana
  • pinch of ginger
  • pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pure honey

Instructions

  • In a blender, add 1 tablespoon of the nut butter, almond milk, 4 strawberries, 1 small banana, ginger, cinnamon, honey or maple syrup and blend until smooth and pour into 1 serving bowls.

  • 2 medium carrots peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 60 grams spinach
  • 240 ml unsweetened soy milk
  • 8 Almonds
  • 15 grams raisins or Sultanas
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash of ground nutmeg
  • Dash of ground cloves
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Throw everything into the blender, and mix until smooth.

Metabolism Boosting Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 100 grams non-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 8 Almonds
  • 70 grams Broccoli florets stems cut off
  • 150 grams frozen Strawberries
  • 55 grams Cannellini beans
  • 180 ml green tea
  • 1 teaspoon ground Flaxseeds or Linseeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Pour all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top. Enjoy immediately.

Hot Chocolate Super Healthy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 400 ml almond milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or a nut butter of your choice

Instructions

  • Throw all your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Heat the mix up in a saucepan to your desired temperature, transfer to a heat-safe tumbler, and enjoy.

  • 1/2 Lime squeezed
  • pinch of turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp of Ginger
  • 100 ml Orange juice

  • 1 tsp of Apple cider vinegar
