Creamy Berry and Cauli Smoothie
I creamy tasting smoothie without any diary
Servings 3 Portions/Servings
Ingredients
- 25 g Green Apple peeled (freeze what you don't use)
- 135 g Mixed Berries Use frozen to reduce waste
- 30 g Courgette Use frozen to reduce waste
- 50 g Cauliflower Use frozen to reduce waste
- 120 ml Water if all the fruit and veg is frozen use hot water
- 250 ml Soya Milk
- 2 drops edible lemon essential oil (Optional) or 2 drops of lemon essence/extract or 1/4 tsp of lemon juice
Instructions
- Add ingredient to the blender and blend until smooth, you can adjust the amount of water if you prefer a thicker or thinner smoothie.
Nutty Banana Smoothie

- 1 banana frozen
- 1/2 cup courgette skin removed and chopped into cubes
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup cauliflower
- 1 1- inch cube ginger

Strawberry and Peanut butter Smoothie

- 1 tablespoons peanut butter or Almond butter
- 1 cup 330 ml almond milk unsweetened
- 4 strawberries
- 1 small banana
- pinch of ginger
- pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pure honey

- In a blender, add 1 tablespoon of the nut butter, almond milk, 4 strawberries, 1 small banana, ginger, cinnamon, honey or maple syrup and blend until smooth and pour into 1 serving bowls.

- 100 grams non-fat Greek yoghurt
- 8 Almonds
- 70 grams Broccoli florets stems cut off
- 150 grams frozen Strawberries
- 55 grams Cannellini beans
- 180 ml green tea
- 1 teaspoon ground Flaxseeds or Linseeds
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
